Biography
was captain of the AFC Bournemouth Youth side during the latter stages of 2000 and was voted Cherries’ Young Player of the Year in 2001/02- he also wore the armband for the Poppies last season. With over 230 appearances he is one of the leading career appearance makers for the Poppies and returning for a second spell at Victoria Park, finally broke his goal scoring duck on 28 September 2010.
